About Me

Susie: I’m a mama and a wife, a daughter and a friend. I work in advertising on the creative side & am a marketing/PR/events consultant, but my Purpose is to be a Mother. Our family isn't perfect. And I don't have all of the answers. But I am grateful and happy. I'm trying to raise these three little people to be the persons that God intended them to be. I'm trying to encourage them and empower them and not ruin them. We are all a work in progress. I'm trying to make sure the process stays joy-filled and laughter-infused. I remind myself to savor every morsel of this precious time. It is really whizzing by. Why “Pleasant Avenue”? I know that I set the tone and pace for our family and while it may be curvy and swervey sometimes, I always aim to make this road we're on "pleasant"!
